All five emotions reside in every person. What varies is which ones are most active in how we project onto our teams, our customers, and our decisions.
A leader projecting predominantly from Pride dismisses ideas and creates distance — not because they intend to, but because the pattern operates faster than conscious awareness. A leader projecting from Attachment cannot delegate and becomes possessive over outcomes and people. A leader projecting from Jealousy undermines colleagues and takes credit instinctively. A leader projecting from Anger creates a blame culture and pushes people away when they most need to be drawn in. A leader projecting from Insecurity seeks constant validation and cannot hold a clear direction under pressure.
None of these patterns is a character defect. All of them are energetic charges formed through experience — most often in early life — that now run automatically in leadership contexts. The impact of leadership assessment that identifies these patterns precisely is fundamentally different from a personality profile. A personality profile describes what you do. This assessment identifies what is driving it — and what addressing the root would unlock.
Why a conversational AI assessment produces a more accurate profile
Conventional emotional intelligence assessments are questionnaires. You rate yourself on a series of statements about your emotional responses and receive a profile. The limitation is that people under-report the emotions they have learned are unacceptable — Pride and Anger in particular — and over-report the emotions they have learned are admirable. A questionnaire cannot distinguish between your self-perception and your actual projection pattern.
This assessment uses a conversational AI engine that asks about real situations — how you respond when things go wrong, what triggers you in others, how you experience recognition, what types of conflict you most frequently encounter. It draws its diagnostic from the specific patterns in what you describe, not from how you rate yourself. The result is a profile that reflects your actual pattern rather than your preferred self-image.
The conversation takes 15-20 minutes. The result shows all five emotions — not just the dominant one — because the complete profile is more diagnostic than a single score.
The five emotions and what they cost in leadership
Pride projects from the Universe sphere and exaggerates the positive aspects of self. In leadership: dismissing ideas, isolated decision-making, surrounding oneself only with admirers. The cost is that genuine input never reaches the decision-maker.
Anger projects from the Solar System sphere and exaggerates the negative aspects of others. In leadership: blame culture, aggressive communication, inability to receive feedback. The cost is that the team learns to hide problems rather than surface them.
Attachment projects from the Solar System sphere and exaggerates the positive aspects of external objects and people. In leadership: inability to delegate, possessiveness over outcomes, obsessive control. The cost is that the organisation cannot scale beyond the leader’s personal bandwidth.
Jealousy projects from the Universe sphere and exaggerates what self lacks compared to others. In leadership: undermining colleagues, difficulty celebrating others’ success, competitive rather than collaborative dynamics. The cost is that talent leaves and the best people stop contributing fully.
Insecurity is the root emotion at the Earth sphere from which all others grow. In leadership: decision paralysis, constant seeking of external validation, inability to hold a clear direction under pressure. The cost is strategic drift and a team that cannot trust the compass.
What the Emotion Projection Assessment covers
The diagnostic conversation explores how you respond when plans fail, your relationship with recognition and validation, patterns in giving and receiving criticism, how you feel when others succeed or receive recognition, your internal experience of confidence, and the types of conflict you most frequently encounter. These dimensions reveal the emotional projection profile that conventional assessments cannot access.
What you receive
Your result shows all five emotion scores as an animated visual profile, identifies the primary and secondary projections with specific evidence from your responses, traces the root insecurity charge driving the surface emotions, and recommends the specific inner development that addresses your profile — Close Up Energy Leaks for resolving individual charges and Power Up Soft Skills for expanding the consciousness that creates space for new patterns.
Jyotisha Tat will follow up personally to discuss your profile.
