General Terms and Conditions for 2thepointcoach.com a marketing channel of Oneness Management.
Effective Date: 1st of May 2025
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all executive coaching, training, mentoring, and energetic healing services (“Services”) provided by Oneness Management, (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”).
1. Definitions
- Services: Executive coaching, training, mentoring, and energetic healing sessions as described in agreements, proposals, or on our website.
- Client: The individual or organization purchasing or receiving services from Oneness Management.
- Agreement: Any written or verbal arrangement for services between Oneness Management and the Client, incorporating these Terms.
2. Services
We deliver Services as per the agreed Service Description, which may be amended in writing by mutual consent. Our Services may include one-on-one or group sessions, remote or in-person meetings, digital workshops, and energy healing practices.
2.1 Executive Coaching: Personalized development plans, leadership guidance, and performance strategies tailored to executives and leadership teams.
2.2 Training and Mentoring: Group or individual skills-based training and ongoing professional mentoring in areas relevant to professional and personal advancement.
2.3 Energetic Healing: Holistic energy healing techniques provided for overall wellbeing, in a non-medical, supportive context.
3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1 Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of booking.
3.2 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. Late cancellations may incur up to 100% of the session fee.
3.3 Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
3.4 No Shows: Failure to attend a session without notice will be billed at the full rate.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees: Fees for Services are detailed in the relevant quote, service agreement, or listed on our website. All prices are in US Dollars, exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice / before the session / as otherwise agreed in writing. Acceptable payment methods: Paypal, banks or credit cards.
4.3 Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest at 3% or the maximum allowable rate per applicable law.
4.4 Refunds: Services rendered are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Client Obligations
5.1 You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as necessary for us to deliver Services effectively.
- Attend scheduled sessions promptly and prepared.
- Participate actively and responsibly in all Services.
5.2 For energetic healing, you recognize and accept that these are complementary, non-medical services and do not substitute for professional healthcare.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information obtained in the course of providing Services, in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable laws.
6.2 Exceptions to confidentiality include where disclosure is required by law or where there is immediate risk of harm.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All materials, tools, and documents provided during Services remain the property of Oneness Management, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or profit from any content or materials without express written consent.

8. Liability and Disclaimer
8.1 Professional Advice: Our Services are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. We recommend consulting the appropriate professional for such matters.
8.2 Energetic Healing Disclaimer: You acknowledge that energetic healing modalities are not scientifically proven and are provided solely to support your wellbeing. Results may vary.
8.3 Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising from Services is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
8.4 No Guarantees: Outcomes depend on active participation and personal factors. We do not guarantee specific results.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate Services by written notice if the other party breaches a material term and does not remedy within 14 days.
9.2 We reserve the right to terminate Services immediately if we determine continued engagement is not in the best interests of either party.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delayed or failed provision of Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dutch jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
12.1 If you have a complaint about our Services, please contact us in writing through the website contact form. We value your feedback and aim to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
12.2 If a dispute arises, both parties agree to seek resolution via mediation before pursuing other remedies.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Severability: If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain in force.
