Inner Charges Scan Assessment — trace the root of your leadership patterns to their origin
This is the deepest assessment in the suite. It is not a conventional leadership tool. Instead, it operates more like a diagnostic for the inner cavity of leadership identity itself. It is a diagnostic for leaders who have recognised that something deeper than skill or behaviour is operating. Moreover, it speaks to those who sense that something beyond even emotional pattern shapes them — and who are ready to identify precisely what it is and where it came from. Where most tools scan only the outer surface of behaviour, this one goes further.
Every pattern running in your leadership today has a root. The pattern did not begin in your current role, or in your career, or even in your adult life. It began much earlier — in the experiences that shaped the earliest layers of your inner world, long before you had the capacity to process them consciously. Those charges are still running, carrying a kind of electric charge that shapes what you draw toward you. They attract the same types of situations, the same types of conflict, the same ceilings — not because you are not trying to change, but because the net charge at the root has never been addressed.
The Inner Charges Scan walks through six life phases and maps the weighted impact of the charges formed in each one. The result tells you where your heaviest charges reside — and where the inner work has the greatest use. In our coaching work, what we consistently see is that this clarity alone shifts how leaders approach the inner work that matters most.
Why this is fundamentally different from other online leadership evaluation tools
Conventional online leadership review tools measure what is visible — competencies, behaviours, emotional responses. They operate at the surface. The Inner Charges Scan, in contrast, operates at the root.
It uses a conversational AI engine to walk through your life phases in sequence. That sequence moves from the pregnancy period through early childhood, teenage years, and young adulthood, into the present. For each phase, it asks specific questions about the experiences that formed your inner world. Some of those experiences left a positive charge; others left something heavier and unresolved. It is not a trauma questionnaire. Instead, it is a warm, unhurried diagnostic conversation that treats everything you share with the respect it deserves — what we consistently see is that this quality of care makes the difference between surface insight and genuine inner charges work.
The conversation typically takes 25–35 minutes. It requires a quiet, private moment. What it produces cannot be produced by any questionnaire or personality profile. In addition, no 360-degree feedback process can replicate it — because none of those tools goes to where the charge actually lives.
The six soul layers and why sequence matters to verify your path
The Inner Charges Scan is built on a structure that maps six soul layers to specific life phases, elements, and emotional charges.
Layer 0 — Pregnancy: The nine months in the womb carry a HUGE weight — five times any other layer. The mother’s emotional state, the quality of the parental relationship, and the outer circumstances of those nine months shape the deepest level of the inner world. This happens before conscious life has begun.
Layer 1 — Early Childhood 0-8 (Earth/Pride): The foundational years. The quality of parental acceptance, early school experiences, and family dynamics form the Earth connection. In addition, the first encounters with authority shape the sense of security, rootedness, and direction that either grounds or scatters everything that follows. Where acceptance was consistent, something close to a neutral charge settled into the foundation. Where it was not, the imbalance quietly shapes every layer above it.
Layer 2 — Teenage 8-16 (Water/Anger): The years when emotional flow either develops freely or gets blocked. School transitions and belonging or rejection shape the Water element. In addition, the quality of the parental relationship and the first experiences of injustice and authority shape it too — the capacity to feel, flow, and connect.
Layer 3 — Young Adult 16-24 (Fire/Attachment): The years of first serious relationships, leaving home, identity formation. The Fire element — passion, desire, action — either burns cleanly or, in particular, becomes the fuel for attachment patterns that follow into leadership.
Layer 4 — Adult 24-32 (Air/Jealousy): Career establishment, partnership, the first serious setbacks. The Air element — freedom, comparison, space — shapes the competitive or collaborative orientation that, in our coaching work, determines team dynamics.
Layer 5 — Mature 32-40 (Space/Insecurity): The most accessible layer to consciousness. It covers current relationships, life mission clarity, body connection, and the seven chakra fears that reveal the present edge of the inner work.
The scoring engine applies a weighting to each layer — earlier charges carry more weight because they are more formative and less accessible to conscious intervention. Think of it as electrostatic logic: the charge inside each layer exerts quiet pressure outward. As a result, it shapes the field lines of behaviour long before the mind can intercept them. Your date of birth is used to identify which layer you are currently moving through. This determines where the inner work has the greatest use right now.
What you receive and can verify
Your result shows weighted scores across all six layers as an animated visual profile, identifies your primary soul layer with specific evidence, maps how the charges in that layer have been manifesting in your leadership and life, and recommends the path forward — the Close Up Energy Leaks programme for resolving the specific charges and the Trace-Face-Embrace-Grace process that addresses them at the root.

Frequently Asked Questions, Verified
What are inner leadership charges, and how do they verify executive performance patterns?
Inner leadership charges are unresolved emotional and psychological imprints formed in early experience that continue to carry either a positive charge or a negative charge within a leader's operating system. A positive charge drives compulsive over-achievement or approval-seeking; a negative charge produces avoidance, withdrawal, or defensive rigidity. Unlike behavioural patterns — which are visible — these charges operate beneath conscious awareness, shaping decisions, reactions, and relational dynamics in ways that conventional leadership tools cannot detect. Root cause leadership coaching identifies these charges precisely, tracing each one to its origin so it can be resolved rather than managed.
How does root cause leadership coaching verify what traditional approaches overlook?
Root cause leadership coaching is a diagnostic and resolution process. It works beneath behaviour, belief, and emotional habit to locate the earliest imprint driving a recurring leadership pattern. Traditional coaching typically targets skill gaps or behavioural adjustment at the surface level. In contrast, root cause leadership coaching proceeds on the premise that no pattern changes durably until its origin is found and neutralised. Where conventional approaches address what a leader does, root cause leadership coaching investigates why that response was encoded in the first place. It then dismantles the charge sustaining it. The result is structural change, not substitution of one coping strategy for another.
What is leadership pattern resolution, and how do you verify net charge matters?
Leadership pattern resolution is the systematic identification, tracing, and neutralisation of recurring responses that limit a leader's range, presence, or strategic clarity. Every repeating pattern carries a net charge — the cumulative energetic weight of unprocessed early experience that keeps the pattern active regardless of insight or intention. Resolution does not mean suppressing the pattern or compensating for it. In contrast, it means reducing the net charge to zero so the pattern loses its compulsive force. Once resolved, leaders regain genuine choice in precisely the situations that previously triggered automatic responses. In our expert coaching work, the Inner charges scan assessment is the diagnostic that makes this resolution precise rather than approximate.
How can leaders use charge densities to verify which patterns are ready for resolution?
Charge densities refer to the concentration and intensity of unresolved material clustered around specific relational or situational triggers in a leader's history. Not all patterns carry equal weight; some retain high charge densities that produce strong automatic reactions, while others are lower-intensity residues. To verify readiness for resolution, a leader must first map where charge is densest — which contexts, roles, or relationship dynamics produce the most involuntary response. This mapping process, conducted through structured diagnostic rather than surface reflection, reveals the sequencing of resolution work. Patterns with the highest charge densities typically require attention first because they consume the most executive capacity.
Why does resolving inner leadership charges produce more durable results than skill-based leadership development?
Skill acquisition adds ability at the surface of a leader's functioning but leaves the underlying charge structure intact. When a leader carries an unresolved negative charge around authority, conflict, or visibility, no amount of communication training or strategic skill growth overrides it in high-pressure moments. The charge reasserts itself precisely when sustained performance matters most. Resolving the charge removes the interference at source — rather than building skills on top of it. In our coaching work, leaders who have completed charge resolution work consistently report that behaviours they had tried to change for years shifted without deliberate effort. This happens because the energetic root sustaining those behaviours was no longer active.

Inner charges pop up in situations, which are similar to circumstances and intensity from the past. These might not even be your issue, because these might be inherited from your parents or grandparents. Full recovery from past traumas takes time and method. Coping with inner charges can be hard. Much like an electric field shapes the outer surface of any structure it moves through, the collection of each inner charge defines your character. Your emotional allergic reactions to situations. Nevertheless, your character can change as soon as you are fully recovered. In our coaching work, a first step is to take the Inner charges scan assessment.
