The five spheres are the inner structure underneath every major leadership model. Maxwell’s five levels of leadership describe what leadership looks like at each level of sphere charge resolution. Jim Collins’ Level 5 leader describes what the Earth sphere looks like when both Pride and Insecurity have been resolved. Servant leadership describes what the Fire sphere looks like when the Attachment charge has been released.
